Where do you put the Personalized name?

On the bottom toward the middle or on the line provided, on the chalkboard side of the box.

Are the taxes included with free shipping?

No, the taxes are not figured in the shipping. They will be figured out on your checkout at your expense.

Can more than one may be personalized?

Yes, upon request, we can add an additional name up to two names.
